For this year’s National Lobster Day, why not try a new kind of lobster? At AquaPazza, diners can enjoy a New England delicacy: chicken lobster. (It’s not what you think.) A chicken lobster is a small type of lobster from the Northern coast. Typically, these lobsters take up to seven years to mature, and are referred to as “chicken” because of their extremely soft yet firm texture.
Featured in AquaPazza’s ½ or ¼ Seafood Tower, diners can enjoy chicken lobster, oysters, 2 shrimp cocktails, and alaskan king crab. (It’s the only place in the city where you can eat a “chicken lobster.”)
